"I can’t thank Gareth enough for all his help. From the very first time I contacted him to having our air conditioning fully installed, the whole process took just one week. Throughout the process, Gareth kept me updated with the delivery status of the units, so I always knew when to expect the installation. His communication was excellent from start to finish. On the installation day, I honestly expected the house to be left dusty and messy, but I was amazed. Once the job was finished, everything was left clean and tidy, as if nothing had happened. A huge thank you to Gareth and his team for all their hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism. "We used Gareth / AGL for the installation of two split aircon units in our newbuild. I spent quite a long time looking at reviews, because domestic aircon is still relatively rare. They sourced the units for us, and installed them. The work was professional, neat and thorough. Gareth and his team know their stuff - they answered all of my layman's questions patiently and clearly. One of the units required tweaking some time later, and Gareth responded promptly. The aircon units [we went for LG, based on previous experience] have worked faultlessly since then, and we have been very comfortable through the various extreme hot and cold weather since then. Highly recommended."
