"Had a problem with a uPVC window lock. Called Andy who was round within 20 minutes! He very quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken lock at a competitive price. All round 10/10 - lovely guy and a pleasure to chat to. 100% recommend and call again if needed in the future. Don't be lured in by cheaper online 'quotes'. Andy is local, trustworthy, will be cheaper overall, and delivers a quality job."

"Had a problem with my front door, Andy was around within a few hours and had it fixed in 5 mins. Lovely chap, this is the 2nd time we have called him out as he's previously sorted out an upstairs window for me. An absolute pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend for all your lock and window repairing needs, thanks again dude"

"I locked my keys into the house and got ICE's number via my Estate Agent. Considering it was after 5pm, i was very impressed by the quick response. Andy arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes. After being so stressed out, it was just nice to see someone who was so lovely, reassuring and professional. I would highly recommend this service. I rarely write reviews but this service was absolutely exceptional. Thanks for getting me back into a warm house so quick. Great value as well."

"There aren't many honest tradesmen around but Andy is most certainly one of them. My front door lock wasn't working. I had sprayed it with WD40 a few days ago and as soon as Andy arrived the lock was fine. I hadn't given it long enough to work. Thank you so much and sorry again to waste your time."
