"I recently had the cylinder on my apartment entrance door replaced and was very pleased with the service provided. Before placing the order, the locksmith, Dave visited my property to inspect and measure the existing lock to ensure the correct cylinder was supplied. He took the time to answer my questions regarding security, fire-door compliance, and restricted-key systems. The replacement cylinder was ordered and fitted within a week. The work was completed professionally, without any modification to the existing door or lock setup. Communication was clear throughout the process, and I found him both knowledgeable and approachable. Efficient, reliable and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend his services to others."

"Thank you for such fast and efficient service. Dave came out to assess the problem with our front door (that wouldn’t shut or lock!) on a Sunday - checked the parts we needed and returned the next day to fix it. Excellent price and very friendly. Highly recommend!"

"An amazing service! I was locked out of my house late sunday night! I had lost my keys and didn't realise until i got home. It was late and i needed someone out quick. I rang a few and was quoted ridiculous prices. I rang lockstock and we sounded very professional & friendly! More importantly he was not over priced and was at my door within 30 mins. Thank you so much highly recommended"
