"Mac recently came out to my mum’s home to investigate an electrical fault. My mum is elderly and currently recovering from a stroke, so it was really important for us to find someone patient, understanding and reliable. Mac attended on the same day we called and identified the fault straight away. He then provided us with a clear and reasonable quote and returned within a few days to carry out the repair. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. He was professional, tidy and, most importantly, incredibly patient and kind with my mum, who sometimes struggles to find her words.
