MDS do the process was efficient, and the customer service team - Angela responded promptly and arranged the schedule very well. Installation Engineer Neil was highly professional. He managed to complete the entire complex installation on his own, kept me well informed throughout, and was polite and courteous. Highly recommended 👍"

"Called about pressure in boiler dropping to 0 while the weather was reaching -5 degrees. MDS came out same day 2 hours after phoning. Plumber was very professional, friendly and kept me in loop with what was going on. I needed a new boiler installed and they did it the next morning at a reasonable price. The engineer that carried out this work was also excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone"
