"I had a set of UPVC patio doors which had failed and I couldn’t open them, the internal lock mechanism was broken. I checked out local locksmiths and found Steve at Poppy Locks. Read up on what they do and saw that they deal with all aspects of UPVC doors and windows, and reading the reviews they sounded good. Steve booked me in very quickly and kept me updated with times. He arrived when he said he would and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. The cost involved I believe to be very reasonable and competitive and I would happily recommend him. I hope not to have more issues with other doors/windows, but if I do, I know who to call! Thank you Steve."

"I had a problem with my front door lock and called Steve, who was incredibly lovely and helpful on the phone while trying to establish what was wrong. He fit me in around my availability and kept me informed throughout the day, which I really appreciated. Steve was very methodical and patient when troubleshooting, which saved me both parts and money. He quickly found the issue and explained exactly why it had happened. Before leaving, he made sure there were no further issues and ensured that the door and lock were working perfectly. Highly recommended!"

"Steve was honest, fair, and completed a fantastic repair on my front door due to a faulty locking mechanism. Steve was onsite within an hour, which was outstanding service and much quicker than other locksmiths I had contacted. He quickly gained access to the property, collected the replacement part that was needed, and had the repair completed within a couple of hours. Throughout the process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his field. Steve was fast, reliable, and fairly priced. He also took the time to give me helpful advice about other doors in the property and what to do if a similar issue ever occurs again. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith."
