"Absolutely fabulous work done on my house by Bens team on Krend to front of house. Ben explained everything from start to finish, very attentive and supportive. I’d looked at a lot of Krend jobs (some are better than others) and BDC stood out. We are delighted with the finish and would highly recommend Ben and his company. Thank you for your fantastic work and finish on the Krend to our house. Silviano and Gail."

"BDC were always reliable, from their first visit to give us a quote and providing a long list of properties they had rendered in the past, which gave us confidence. We were a long time on the waiting list before the job could be started, about which we were fully informed and updated. The wait was well worth it as the finished result is brilliant - literally, as the white K-rend glistens slightly in sunlight - and has transformed our house and attracted many positive comments. In addition to being highly skilled, BDC workers were all reliable, friendly, very hard working and considerate, making sure that the site was cleaned every day after finishing their work. After completing the job they did a thorough clean of all the windows and sills, leaving everything gleaming. We can highly recommend BDC without reservation."

"The long lead time was worth the wait and a consequence of being top quality and in high demand. Communication was great, so always knew what was going on. The lads took great pride in their work and constantly checked we were happy with what they were doing. Made up with the final job, looks fantastic. Attention to detail and thorough tidy up when finished were massively appreciated. Value was great, especially with K-Rend and not a cheaper alternative. I would recommend viewing other houses when picking your colour to get it right. We went with K-Rend white which is more like an antique white/ivory, which is exactly what we wanted. Thanks BDC, we’re made up with it!"
