"We’ve recently used BennettBuilds to build a new three car garage. Jack and his team took over the project after initial designs had been created and planning permission granted. We live in a conservation area with archeological significance which added planning conditions and requirements in terms of groundworks and material selection. Jack helped to identify suitable reclaimed material and quickly resolved unexpected groundwork issues working with a structural engineer and archeological consultant to engineer a cost effective alternative foundation arrangement, minimising any delay. The build progressed well - throughout the process Jack communicated fully and kept us updated on progress and costs. We decided on some changes and additions as the build progressed and Jack was always receptive to our requests and provided clear and transparent cost estimates to help us make the best choices. Whenever any issues arose either with unforeseen technical issues, material supply or third party contractors Jack worked quickly and effectively to find a solution that met with our approval, always checking we were happy with the proposal. The quality and the workmanship are excellent and we are delighted with the finished result. We will have no hesitation in using BennettBuilds again or recommending them to others. A big thank you to Jack and his team!"

"We had building work done with Bennett’s and they were great. We had a back door bricked up, a new set of french doors installed and a wall knocked through with a steel RSJ installed. Then the exposed brick was plasterboarded and plastered over. Would thoroughly recommend."

"When Jack first came round to give us a quote for indian sandstone patio, we weren't quite sure what we wanted. Jack was very helpful with ideas and suggestions. We found his itemised quote to be very reasonable. Jack sources everything from skip hire to materials. Throughout the job Jack and his team worked very hard, they turned up when expected, didn't stop all day and tidied up every evening. Kyle and Mikey were always very polite, courteous and hard working. Jack was very approachable, nothing was too much trouble. To say we are delighted with our new patio is an understatement, it looks fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack. Thanks again 😀"

"We approached Jack from Bennett Builders for a price on a porcelain patio. From the outset communication was good. At the initial consultation we had a fair idea what we wanted but Jack gave us constructive advice on what would work. The price was very competitive. Forward a few weeks to the start of the project and everything ran smoothly, Jack project manages everything for you, so the skip arrives then the materials arrive and then the work starts. They work really hard, turn up when they say they're going to and Jack is a real craftsman with great attention to detail. I found him and his team very approachable at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as the resulting patio has exceeded my expectations, I'm delighted"
