Nyland Construction

"Cliff, at Nyland Construction, built us a single story kitchen/diner extension, knocking in to the existing house and connecting to the two spaces. This was our first foray in to any sort of building project and we spent several weeks trying to find the right builder. We have absolutely zero regrets, Cliff has been exceptional front start to finish. The qualities that mattered to us most were; the quality of workmanship, making sure that the builder wasn’t juggling multiple projects and reliability/honesty. Cliff was the right man for us and continually demonstrated every one of these qualities. He was an extremely trustworthy individual and used his years of knowledge and huge network of people to build a sublime extension. We could not be happier with him or the end product; a fantastic outcome."

"Cliff built an extension at the front of the house for us and I was really pleased with the end result, the quality of the build, and the way he went about the demolition and construction work. His experience results in a very high standard of work and means that he can readily manage any challenges with calmness and professionalism. His communication and focus on getting the work completed is a strength. He kept me informed throughout and maintained an eye on costs whilst remaining flexible, providing practical ideas and options where decisions were needed. His approach to the build and site area is structured and organised, keeping everything clean, tidy, and professional at all times. He works to minimise disruption, taking care not to damage adjacent floors and walls, whilst minimising impact on the living space beyond the construction. He's a safe pair of hands who I'd happily have back to do other work on the house."

"Cliff recently took down and rebuilt our front porch. We are absolutely delighted with the standard of the finish and the quality of the build. Throughout the process we found Cliff to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. He started work early each morning and each evening the house was left clean and tidy prior to the next days work. He communicated excellently throughout and offered us advice and guidance during the process. We would recommend Nyland construction without hesitation."

"Cliff delivered exceptional workmanship on my extension. He maintained a clean and organised workspace throughout, and was always readily available to answer questions and provide valuable advice. The quality of the work was outstanding, and two years later it still looks fantastic with zero issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cliff to anyone."
