"RDH have just finished an extension at our children’s nursery. Our main concern was being able to safely operate whilst demolition and build work was in progress. Rob took time to understand how our business operates so that we could work alongside each other without it affecting our day to day running. His team were friendly, professional and hardworking, it was a genuine pleasure to have them onsite. Rob is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about his business and throughout the project he advised us accordingly so we achieved exactly what we wanted. We’re very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend RDH/use them again in the future."

"We had RDH Property Services in to completely gut and refurbish the kitchen / diner, involving removal of a supporting wall and installing new flooring throughout the ground floor, plus fitting 8 new doors. The job took about 5 weeks during which someone was in working every weekday. The result is a vast improvement on what we had before and we are very pleased with it. Rob was keen to make sure we were happy with progress throughout, and the lads - particularly Callum and Leon - worked hard every day. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I would highly recommend RDH Property Services to anyone."

"RDH Property Services have recently completed a rear single story extension for us. Rob Hayes from the quotation stage through to the build handover was very knowledgable, proffesional and transparent. Rob and his site team were always striving to do a good job and were very polite and responsive to our questions and requests. We wouldn't hesitate in using Rob Hayes services again. He works very hard at doing a good job and having happy customers. Great to see you doing well Rob- thanks again. Mr and Mrs Turner"

"RDH provide a highly professional service from start to finish. I was delighted with all stages of the build from foundations to kitchen installation. Impressed with the after build with all snags sorted to my total satisfaction, fully recommend RDH to anybody looking for builder to trust."
